Meet The Team
James
James is an highly experienced healthcare professional. James has devoted his career to improving the wellbeing and safety of individuals in care. With over 15 years of experience, James has trained staff from a variety of roles and worked with both private NHS trusts and private organisations to reduce restrictive interventions and ensure the highest quality of care.
James is asked to speak at regional and national events to provide support and advice to other healthcare staff and facilitators on de-escalation and restraint reduction.

James has also used his knowledge to review the reducing restrictive practices training packages of companies and NHS trusts' throughout England, as an expert by experience for the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN).
Nick
As a member of the Respect to Care team, Nick brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare. Nick is a specialist in reducing restrictive interventions ensuring the safety of staff and patients. Nick is an expert in creating customised holistic packages that meet the unique needs of your organisation.
Nick is an industry leader whose expertise has been proven time and time again. With his knowledge in the field of safety and de-escalation he has the necessary skills to help keep people safe.
